eMAG integration

Coming soon

Selling supplier products on eMAG, coming soon

We are building an export to eMAG Romania, Bulgaria and Hungary: your supplier catalogs, pricing rules and current stock will go to your eMAG seller accounts the same way they go to other marketplaces today, and eMAG orders will come back to your orders page. Leave your details and we will write to you when you can try it.

What you get

How we plan the eMAG export to work

The integration is still being built, so the final version may differ. It rests on the same foundation clients already use on other marketplaces.

Romania, Bulgaria and Hungary

Each eMAG platform will be connected separately, with the API user you create in your own eMAG seller account, so you will not share the password of your main login.

Offers on existing eMAG products

When eMAG already sells a product, your offer will be attached to it by EAN, so most branded products will need no translations at all.

New products in the local language

Products eMAG does not have yet will be sent with texts in Romanian, Bulgarian or Hungarian, the eMAG characteristics of their category and GPSR safety information.

Prices for each country

Your pricing rules will reprice products for every country separately, and prices will be sent without VAT in RON, EUR for Bulgaria and HUF.

Current stock and handling time

Quantities and handling time will be updated on your plan's schedule, so eMAG does not sell what the supplier no longer has.

Orders, invoices and AWBs

eMAG orders will come to your orders page with the stock written off and will be confirmed to eMAG; the buyer's invoice and the AWB will be sent to eMAG too.

4 steps

What it will look like

The same kind of export profile clients already use for other marketplaces.

  1. 1

    Connect your eMAG seller accounts

Under "Exports" you will add an eMAG profile and connect each eMAG platform you sell on with its own API user.

  2. 2

    Pick suppliers and pricing

Choose which suppliers' products to send and which pricing rules apply in each country.

  3. 3

    Map your categories

Assign an eMAG category to each of your categories once, so new products get the characteristics that category asks for.

  4. 4

Offers and orders stay in step

Prices, quantities and handling time on eMAG will be updated at your plan's frequency, and new eMAG orders will appear next to your other orders.

Your supplier

Bring the supplier you work with — or plan to.

We have connected 134 dropshipping suppliers for our clients so far, so there's a good chance yours is one of them. Tell us who it is and we'll let you know privately.

  • We don't publish the supplier list — our clients bring their own
  • We reply personally, usually within one working day
  • If your supplier isn't connected yet, we'll check whether we can connect it

Is my supplier connected?

Tell us who it is — we'll reply to you personally, usually within one working day.

While you wait for eMAG

You can already sell the same supplier products on other marketplaces or in your own shop. Once eMAG is ready, the same catalog with the same rules will go there too.
